Tethered UAV was markable in the Opening Ceremony of sixth International Film Festival

The opening ceremony of the Beijing International Film Festival was held at Beijing YanqiLake International Convention&Exhibition Center on April 16th,2016.

There were more than 3000 guests attended the opening ceremony. The attendees included 16 international Film Festival presidents, representatives, and more than 600 filmmakers.

Some institutions, such as The Dolby Corp, China Film Group, Enlight media,  and many other film organizations also took participated in this event.

Beijing Da gong Technology was invited by CCTV Film Channel to reported the opening ceremony on that day. Its main task is to take full view aerial video of the red carpet ceremony by using a tethered UAV.

That tethered UAV can be equipped with a broadcast camera, and it can stay in the air for a long time, which can perform a task of living shooting. At the same time, the built-in optical fiber of the tethered cable makes sure the high-definition signal can be sent to the ground command center timely. It is possible for us to watch some kinds of the living broadcast.
